Born in 1976 in Polesie, Belarus. In 1999 graduated from the Belarusian State University, Faculty of Applied Mathematics. In 2011 moved to Poland, where I currently live.

In my creative output I strive to convey the atmosphere and the energy of the place I am set to explore. My experiments take place on the constant move and expand beyond the allocated time and space. En route to attaining of the image I employ the properties of our natural surroundings while simultaniously distort them by any means at my disposal , thus to bring my work closer towards conceptual art.

Despite my origins, I am inclined to consider my art as belonging to Ukranian school of photography. It is due not only to the fact that I did courses at several Ukranian schools and, to a degree, most of my experience is interwoven with œuvre of Ukranian auteurs; right now, I find it paramount to highlight this link, as for many years now the country has been going through dire and tragic times, yet despite all the horrors of war, my Ukranian friends are still capable not only to see beauty, but also to share it with the world, and I hope it will bring the long-awaited peace.
